Thomas "Tommy" John Kushner Jr.

June 20, 1979 - September 5, 2020

Thomas “Tommy” John Kushner, age 41, of Delaware, Ohio, Beloved Husband of Megan Michelle Kushner and devoted father of Sofia and Beau Kushner peacefully departed this life on September 5, 2020. Tommy was a passionate father, son, and confidant. He took great pride in being a protector for the many lives he touched throughout his life. A craftsman in traditional terms, but also a man who built a personal foundation and structure for those close to him to share and grow within and together. Tommy was the son of Kathleen Marie Fischer (James Fischer) and Thomas John Kushner, Sr. (Pamela Kushner), born on June 20, 1979 in Cleveland, OH. His passing was preceded by his Grandfather Ronald Nelson, Grandmother Margaret Kushner, and Papa Tony Malena. He is survived by his wife and children; his parents; sister, Jessica Lynn Kushner (Jessie Wilder); Grandmother, Patricia Nelson, and an extensive group of aunts, uncles and cousins who were some of his best friends. In honor of Tommy, the family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity in lieu of flowers. Services will take place for close family and friends on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 11:30am at Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 High St, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. A celebration of life will follow directly after at Revelry Tavern, 6711 Dublin Center Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
