Bessie Dean Tucker Hudspeth passed away September 9th, 2020. Bessie had a long battle with Alzheimer's disease for many years. Her daughter was by her side as she took her last breath. Bessie was only a few days away from her 88th Birthday. Bessie was born on September 12, 1932 in Oklahoma City and moved to California at a very young age with her Mother, Father and four sisters. Bessie was a twin to her sister Dessie. They were identical twins looked and had the same voice. Not many people could not tell them part. Bessie loved her sisters to the end of the universe and back again. Bessie was known to be the kindest most giving person you would ever meet. Bessie never met a person she would not help. Family gatherings she was the entertainment with her joke telling skills and her bragging rights of all her nieces and nephews as she told stories how they all walked on water. Bessie was an excellent bowler and truly loved the game. She was amazing with her 16 lb. ball and bowled fingertip style. Bessie worked very hard all her life. Working for Ralph's Grocery company as a manager of the accounts payable department. She took pride in her job and worked with the highest integrity as if she owned the company. She would be so proud when she was able to uncover mistake that could have cost her company thousands of dollars but did not because of her commitment to doing the very best job. Bessie was a fantastic Mother. She would be on the floor playing games with her kids while they were young and new that the house keeping could wait because her kids would be grown all to soon. Bessie loved to host parties at her house for her family. One of her favorite things in life was to watch other people enjoy themselves and have fun. One of the most talked about stories for any holiday was that if you came to Bessie's house you always had your favorite pie and or pick of pies. She never missed making sure everyone had their favorites even if we had 20 pies and only 8 people. If you had to choose out of all Bessie's achievements and there were so many, Bessie would tell you her most significant achievement was her three children. Bessie is survived by her Sons, Kurtis Hudspeth, Kyle Hudspeth and her daughter, Kimberly Rhinehart, Her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren include: Tyler, Kyla, Tucker, Brieann, Kandace, Krystal Grant, Kory, Kyle Jr., Gareth, Wyatt and Sophia. Viewing ceremony will be held Thursday September 17th 4:00PM - 7:00PM at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd. Columbus Ohio 43221.
